Bei PTC-Tinten steigt der Widerstand mit der Temperatur. Wenn eine Spannung angelegt wird, flie\u00dft ein Strom und es wird Energie erzeugt. Das Heizelement erw\u00e4rmt sich und der Widerstand nimmt zu. Bei einer bestimmten Temperatur wird ein Gleichgewicht erreicht, das ist ein selbstregulierendes Heizelement!    <\/p>\n<p>Bei diesen Produkten handelt es sich um PTC-Tinten auf Kohlenstoffbasis mit unterschiedlichen Abschalttemperaturen f\u00fcr Niederspannungsanwendungen (&lt;50 Volt). Sie k\u00f6nnen im Siebdruckverfahren aufgebracht werden und sind mit Polyesterfolie, verschiedenen Silberfarben, dielektrischen Farben und Abstandsb\u00e4ndern kompatibel. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>  Erh\u00f6hte Sicherheit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mit PTC*-Tinten besteht keine Gefahr der \u00dcberhitzung! W\u00e4hlen Sie die Tinte entsprechend Ihrer Zieltemperatur und drucken Sie die Heizelemente beliebiger elektronischer Anwendungen. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Anpassungsf\u00e4higes Design  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Das Design ist sehr wichtig und erfordert Informationen wie die Abmessungen der Heizung, die ben\u00f6tigte Temperatur, das Substrat, die verwendete Spannung und die erforderliche Leistung. Bei leichten und d\u00fcnnen Schichten kann das Design Ihrer Schaltung leicht an die Form der zu beheizenden Oberfl\u00e4che angepasst werden. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kosteng\u00fcnstig und nachhaltig  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu \u00c4tzverfahren wird bei PTC-Farben ein Siebdruckverfahren verwendet, das weniger Materialabf\u00e4lle verursacht. Durch den geringeren Widerstand der Silberfarbe wird die Stromkapazit\u00e4t der Stromschiene verbessert. Loctite ECI1010 ist die am meisten empfohlene Silbertinte f\u00fcr PTC-Heizer. Sie verbindet hervorragende Leitf\u00e4higkeit mit optimaler mechanischer Festigkeit.   <\/p>\n<p>Derzeit wird ein neues Produkt entwickelt, das auf Hochspannungs-PTC-Heizelemente (bis 250 V) mit h\u00f6herem Widerstandsniveau und einer Temperatur von 60 \u00b0C abzielt.
