Con las tintas PTC, la resistencia aumenta con la temperatura. Cuando se aplica una tensi\u00f3n, fluye una corriente y se genera energ\u00eda. El calentador se calienta y la resistencia aumenta. A cierta temperatura, se alcanza un equilibrio, \u00a1es un calentador autorregulable!    <\/p>\n<p>Estos productos son tintas PTC a base de carbono con diferentes temperaturas de \u00abdesconexi\u00f3n\u00bb para aplicaciones de baja tensi\u00f3n (&lt;50 Volt). Pueden aplicarse mediante serigraf\u00eda y son compatibles con l\u00e1minas de poli\u00e9ster, varias tintas plateadas, tintas diel\u00e9ctricas y cintas espaciadoras. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>  Mayor seguridad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Con las tintas PTC*, \u00a1no hay riesgos de sobrecalentamiento! Seleccione la tinta en funci\u00f3n de su temperatura objetivo e imprima los elementos calefactores de cualquier aplicaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dise\u00f1o adaptable  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o es muy importante y requiere informaci\u00f3n como las dimensiones del calentador, la temperatura necesaria, el sustrato, el voltaje utilizado y la potencia requerida. Con capas ligeras y finas, el dise\u00f1o de tu circuito puede ajustarse f\u00e1cilmente a la forma de la superficie que hay que calentar. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rentable y sostenible  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con los procesos de grabado, las tintas PTC utilizan un proceso de serigraf\u00eda que permite reducir el desperdicio de material. La resistencia reducida de la tinta de plata mejorar\u00e1 la capacidad de corriente de la barra colectora. Loctite ECI1010 es la tinta de plata m\u00e1s recomendada para calentadores PTC. Combina una excelente conductividad con una resistencia mec\u00e1nica \u00f3ptima.   <\/p>\n<p>Actualmente se est\u00e1 desarrollando un nuevo producto destinado a los calefactores PTC de alta tensi\u00f3n (hasta 250 V) con mayor nivel de resistencia y una temperatura de 60\u00b0C.
