Avec les encres PTC, la r\u00e9sistance augmente avec la temp\u00e9rature. Quand une tension est appliqu\u00e9e, un courant circule et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e. La r\u00e9sistance augmente et l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment commence \u00e0 chauffer. A une certaine temp\u00e9rature, un \u00e9quilibre est atteint, c&rsquo;est un chauffage auto-r\u00e9gul\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>Ces produits sont des encres PTC \u00e0 base de carbone avec diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures d&rsquo;auto-r\u00e9gulation pour les applications en basse tension (&lt;50 Volt). Avec des couches fines et l\u00e9g\u00e8res, la conception de votre \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant peut \u00eatre facilement ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 la forme de la surface qui doit \u00eatre chauff\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Economique et durable <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Compar\u00e9 au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de gravure, les encres PTC s&rsquo;appliquent par s\u00e9rigraphie ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les pertes de produit. La faible r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;encre argent am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 de courant de la barre de bus. L&rsquo;encre argent Loctite ECI 1010 est la plus recommand\u00e9e pour imprimer les barres de bus des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants PTC. Elle combine une excellente conductivit\u00e9 avec une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle encre est en cours de d\u00e9veloppement pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants utilis\u00e9s en haute tension (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 V) avec une r\u00e9sistance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour une temp\u00e9rature de 60\u00b0C.
