L&#8217;anodo viene spostato sulla superficie del pezzo o, se possibile, il pezzo stesso. In questo modo si crea un trasferimento di elettroni dall&#8217;elettrolita al pezzo, ottenendo un deposito controllato di metallo. Lo strato depositato pu\u00f2 variare di spessore, da pochi micron a diversi millimetri, a seconda dell&#8217;applicazione.   <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>adesione<\/strong> si ottiene a livello microscopico grazie alla combinazione di due azioni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un&#8217;azione elettrica dovuta al flusso di corrente. Il metallo d&#8217;apporto con carica positiva \u00e8 attratto dal metallo di base con carica negativa.
