Con gli inchiostri PTC, la resistenza aumenta insieme alla temperatura. Quando viene applicata una tensione, scorre una corrente e viene generata energia. Il riscaldatore si riscalda e la resistenza aumenta. A una certa temperatura, si raggiunge un equilibrio: \u00e8 un riscaldatore autoregolante!    <\/p>\n<p>Questi prodotti sono inchiostri PTC a base di carbonio con diverse temperature di &#8220;spegnimento&#8221; per applicazioni a bassa tensione (&lt;50 Volt). Possono essere applicati tramite serigrafia e sono compatibili con lamine di poliestere, diversi inchiostri argentati, inchiostri dielettrici e nastri distanziatori. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>  Maggiore sicurezza<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Con gli inchiostri PTC*, nessun rischio di surriscaldamento! Selezionate l&#8217;inchiostro in base alla temperatura desiderata e stampate gli elementi riscaldanti di qualsiasi applicazione elettronica. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Design adattabile  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La progettazione \u00e8 molto importante e richiede informazioni come le dimensioni del riscaldatore, la temperatura necessaria, il substrato, la tensione utilizzata e la potenza richiesta. Con strati leggeri e sottili, il design del circuito pu\u00f2 essere facilmente adattato alla forma della superficie da riscaldare. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Economico e sostenibile  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rispetto ai processi di incisione, gli inchiostri PTC utilizzano un processo di serigrafia che consente di ridurre gli sprechi di materiale. La riduzione della resistenza dell&#8217;inchiostro all&#8217;argento migliora la capacit\u00e0 di corrente della sbarra. Loctite ECI1010 \u00e8 l&#8217;inchiostro all&#8217;argento pi\u00f9 consigliato per i riscaldatori PTC. Combina un&#8217;eccellente conduttivit\u00e0 con un&#8217;ottima resistenza meccanica.   <\/p>\n<p>Attualmente \u00e8 in corso lo sviluppo di un nuovo prodotto che riguarda i riscaldatori PTC ad alta tensione (fino a 250 V) con un livello di resistenza pi\u00f9 elevato e una temperatura di 60\u00b0C.
