856G-300 Topcoat FEP Clear
856G-300 is a water-based FEP topcoat designed to provide excellent non-stick properties, chemical and corrosion resistance. Liquid FEP products are a natural choice for release applications with low abrasion. They’re mainly used in Industrial Bakeware and moulds applications. Pigmented layers applied as a mid-coat improves the permeation resistance of the coating system.
Recommended primers are 420G-71x and 470G-71x.
FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene copolymer) non-stick coatings melt and flow during baking to provide nonporous films which is a natural choice for release applications with low abrasion. In addition to low friction, FEP coatings have excellent nonstick properties and excellent chemical resistance. The maximum use temperature is of 205°C.
