954G-303 Onecoat Black
Solvent-based FEP onecoat designed for relatively low temperature curing (from 160°C). This coating is suitable for use in conditions of mild abrasion, relatively low operating temperatures and for chemical and corrosion resistance. This onecoat can be sprayed but also applied by dipping process.
This solvent-based liquid FEP onecoat is formulated with special blends of fluoroplastics and other high-performance resins to improve toughness and abrasion resistance. It offers very good low friction and nonstick characteristics. The resins provide adhesion onto the substrate and abrasion resistance. It is also available in green version 954G-304.
